Quantum Dot NanoBeads
Quantum Dot MicroSpheres (also known as Quantum Dot NanoBeads,QDNB or QDMS) are prepared by self-assembly of high-quality CdSe/ZnS quantum dots and biocompatible polymers, and the surface of the microspheres is modified with carboxyl functional groups to facilitate the coupling of antibodies.
The fluorescence signal of quantum dots can be amplified by nanosphere coating (quantum dot fluorescent microsphere QDFM), which can significantly improve the sensitivity of immunoassay, and the new strategy of fluorescent probe has the characteristics of a stable fluorescence signal, excellent colloidal stability, and high biocompatibility, which is especially suitable for the development of fluorescent in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVD flourescent reagents and lateral flow immunoassay).
The product can also be used in biomedical fields such as blood flow measurement, biomarkers, in vivo imaging, and flow cytometry calibration.
